プライバシーポリシー

Fitbridge Sync（以下「本アプリ」）は、本アプリが提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびヘルスケアデータの取扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報および利用目的

本アプリは、FitbitからAppleヘルスケアへのデータ同期を目的として、以下の情報にアクセスします。

  • ヘルスケアへの書き込み: 本アプリは、Fitbitから取得したデータをAppleヘルスケアへ**書き込む権限のみ**を使用します。
    ※本アプリがAppleヘルスケアのデータを読み取る（取得する）ことは一切ありません。そのため、本アプリはAppleヘルスケアの読み取り権限を要求せず、設計上Appleヘルスケアのデータを取得しません。従って、お客様の既存の健康データが本アプリから開発者や第三者へ送信されることはありません。
  • Fitbitアカウント情報およびデータ:
    Fitbitから取得した健康データや、認証に使用するアクセストークン等の情報は、全てお客様のデバイス内（アプリ内）でのみ処理されます。
    これらの情報が本アプリの開発者や、第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることは一切ありません。
  • イントラデイデータ（取得する場合）:
    イントラデイ（分・秒単位）データは、Appleヘルスケアへの正確な同期のために端末上で一時的に処理される場合があります。
    イントラデイデータは、保存・集計・分析には使用せず、同期処理のための即時利用に限定します。外部（開発者サーバー等）へ送信・保存されることはありません。

ユーザー同意について: Fitbitデータへのアクセスは、ユーザーがFitbitの認可画面で明示的に許可（OAuth認可）した場合にのみ行われます。

2. 広告配信について

本アプリ（無料版）では、第三者配信による広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。
広告配信事業者は、適切な広告を表示するために、ユーザーのデバイス情報（OSバージョン、モデル名等）や、広告識別子（IDFA等）を使用することがあります。
これらの情報は、個人を特定できない形で収集・利用されます。

3. アクセス解析ツールについて

本アプリは、Firebase等のアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。

ただし、本ウェブサイトでは利用状況の把握とサービス改善のためにGoogleアナリティクスを使用しています。これに付随して生成される「Cookie」を通じて、IPアドレス等のユーザ情報の一部が匿名で収集される可能性があります。

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリは、機能解除や開発支援のためのアプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）を提供しています。
お支払いに関する情報（クレジットカード番号等）はApple社によって管理され、本アプリの開発者がお客様の決済情報にアクセスしたり、保存したりすることはありません。
ただし、サポート対応や購入状況の確認のために、Appleから発行される匿名のトランザクションID（レシート情報）を参照する場合があります。

5. アプリ内ログについて (App Logs)

本アプリでは、不具合の調査や動作検証を目的として、動作ログを端末内のローカルストレージ（書類フォルダ）に保存する場合があります。
これらのログファイルはお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、自動的に外部（開発者のサーバー等）へ送信されることはありません。
必要に応じて、お客様ご自身が「ファイル」アプリ等を通じてログを閲覧、削除、または任意で開発者へ送信（共有）することが可能です。

Privacy Policy

Fitbridge Sync ("the App") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information and health data in the services provided by the App.

1. Data Collection and Usage

The App accesses the following information solely for the purpose of synchronizing data from Fitbit to Apple Health:

  • Writing to HealthKit: The App requests write-only access to Apple Health.
    * The App does NOT read (collect) any data from Apple Health. The App does not request read access to Apple Health and is designed not to collect any data from Apple Health. Therefore, your existing Apple Health data is not transmitted to the developer or third parties by this App.
  • Fitbit Data & Account Info:
    All health data retrieved from Fitbit and authentication credentials (access tokens) are processed solely on your device.
    They are NEVER transmitted to nor stored on the developer's servers or any third-party servers.
  • Intraday Data (when accessed):
    Intraday (minute/second-level) data may be processed temporarily on-device to enable accurate synchronization with Apple Health.
    Intraday data is not retained and is not used for aggregation, analytics, or profiling. It is never transmitted to or stored on the developer's servers.

2. Advertising

The App (Free Version) uses "Google AdMob" for advertising.
Third-party vendors may use device information (e.g., OS version, model) and advertising identifiers to serve ads based on user interests.
This information is collected in a way that does not personally identify individuals.

3. Analytics

The App does not use analytics tools such as Firebase.

However, this website uses Google Analytics to analyze usage and improve our services. Information may be collected anonymously via Cookies.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers In-App Purchases for feature unlocking and development support.
Payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is managed by Apple Inc. The developer of this App does not access or store your payment information.
However, we may reference anonymous transaction IDs (receipts) issued by Apple for support purposes or to verify purchase status.

5. App Logs

The App may save operation logs to the local storage (Documents folder) of your device for the purpose of investigating bugs and verifying operation.
These log files are saved only on your device and are NEVER automatically transmitted externally (e.g., to the developer's server).
You can view, delete, or voluntarily send (share) the logs to the developer via the "Files" app if necessary.
