利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Fitbridge Sync（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。

1. サービス内容と免責

  • 本アプリは、Fitbitから取得したデータをAppleヘルスケアへ同期する機能を提供します。
  • 開発者は、本アプリの動作の正確性や完全性を保証するものではありません。Fitbit APIの仕様変更や通信環境により、正常に同期できない場合があります。
  • 本アプリの利用により生じた損害（データの消失、健康被害等を含む）について、開発者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

2. 有料プランについて

本アプリは以下の有料コンテンツを提供します。

Pro版 (Lifetime)

  • 一度の購入で無期限に利用可能な「買い切り型」です。
  • 購入により、Pro機能（機能制限の解除）が有効になります。

サポーター (Subscription)

  • 開発を支援していただくための「自動更新サブスクリプション」です。
  • 重要: サポータープランは寄付を目的としており、Pro機能（機能制限）の解除は含まれません。機能の解除には別途Pro版の購入が必要です。

3. サブスクリプションの解約・自動更新

  • お支払いは、購入確認時にお客様のApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
  • サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  • アカウントは、現在の期間が終了する前の24時間以内に更新料金が請求されます。
  • 購入後、App Storeのアカウント設定（設定アプリ > Apple ID > サブスクリプション）から、いつでも自動更新の管理や解約を行うことができます。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリに含まれるコンテンツ（コード、デザイン、ロゴ等）の著作権は開発者に帰属します。"Fitbit"はGoogle LLC等の登録商標であり、本アプリはFitbit公式ではありません。

5. 医療目的ではないこと

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、医療行為・診断・治療・予防を目的として提供されるものではありません。健康状態に関する判断は、医師その他の専門家へご相談ください。

6. 第三者サービスとの関係

  • 本アプリは、Fitbit（Google LLC等）および Apple（Apple Inc.）が提供するサービス（Fitbit Web API / Appleヘルスケア）と連携しますが、これら第三者サービスの提供者と提携・保証関係にあるものではありません。
  • 第三者サービスの仕様変更、障害、提供停止、アカウント制限等により、本アプリの機能が影響を受ける場合があります。
  • ユーザーは、第三者サービスの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーにも従うものとします。

7. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 本アプリの不正利用、過度な負荷を与える行為、またはサービス運営を妨害する行為
  • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、解析、改変、複製（法令で認められる範囲を除く）
  • 第三者の権利（著作権・商標権・プライバシー等）を侵害する行為

8. 提供停止・変更

開発者は、システム保守、障害対応、仕様変更、第三者サービスの変更等により、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本アプリの機能の全部または一部を変更・停止・終了できるものとします。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関連して紛争が生じた場合、開発者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using Fitbridge Sync (the "App").

1. Disclaimer

  • The App provides a feature to sync data from Fitbit to Apple Health.
  • The developer does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the App's operation. Syncing may fail due to changes in the Fitbit API or network conditions.
  • The developer shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss or health issues) arising from the use of the App.

2. Paid Services

Pro Plan (Lifetime)

  • A "Non-Consumable" purchase valid indefinitely with a one-time payment.
  • Purchasing unlocks Pro features (removes restrictions).

Supporter Plan (Subscription)

  • An "Auto-Renewable Subscription" to support development.
  • IMPORTANT: The Supporter Plan is a donation and does NOT unlock Pro features. A separate purchase of the Pro Plan is required to unlock features.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The copyrights of the content (code, design, logos, etc.) included in the App belong to the developer. "Fitbit" is a registered trademark of Google LLC and others. This App is not affiliated with Fitbit.

5. Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. Please consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

  • The App integrates with services provided by third parties (Fitbit Web API by Google LLC and/or its affiliates, and Apple Health by Apple Inc.). The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third parties.
  • The App's functionality may be impacted by changes, outages, suspensions, or limitations in third-party services.
  • You agree to comply with the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third-party services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not do any of the following:

  • Violation of laws or public order and morals
  • Misuse of the App, excessive load, or interference with the operation of the service
  • Reverse engineering, analysis, modification, or copying of the App (except as permitted by applicable law)
  • Infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.)

8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice due to maintenance, incidents, specification changes, or changes in third-party services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
